Is this the right fit?
This role is perfect for
Agencies that take on website redesigns or new builds
If website work is part of your service mix and senior developers are eating their week on builds, an embedded operator handles the implementation while your team stays on strategy and design.
Teams running ecommerce builds for clients
Shopify stores, product catalog setup, payment integrations, and the ongoing maintenance that keeps storefronts running need a dedicated builder, not a designer who occasionally codes.
Agencies managing ongoing site maintenance for multiple clients
Content updates, plugin patches, theme updates, broken links, the work that's too small to bill but eats senior time. An operator owns this so it actually gets done.

How fast can I get started?
Most operators are matched and introduced within days of scoping. From there, your operator learns your tools and gets to work, most clients see meaningful production in the first two weeks.
What if the operator isn't the right fit?
We replace them. Within 30 days of your request, we place a new operator into the role, and in most cases, within two weeks. Your first replacement is free; after that, a $500 re-onboarding fee applies.
Do I need to onboard them?
Operators start agency-trained. You'll provide context on your systems and SOPs, Beam handles the contractor relationship, training, and ongoing support.
What's the difference between a Website Builder and a Funnel Builder?
A website is a multi-page brand presence, navigation, content, products, ongoing maintenance. It represents the company online and is built to last. A funnel is a single-purpose conversion flow optimized to turn traffic into a lead, call, or sale. Different platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow for websites; HighLevel and ClickFunnels for funnels), different mindset, different talent pool. If your client needs a real website, you want this role. If they need a high-converting sales mechanism, you want a Funnel Builder.
