Built for agencies ready to scale

A fit

Agencies with active retainers and real client deliverables
Teams already using systems like ClickUp, HighLevel, or Slack
Founders ready to delegate execution, not just tasks

Growing teams that want defined roles with scope protection
Agencies with internal workflows ready for a new operator, your team uses Slack, ClickUp/Asana/Monday, and runs internal meetings the operator can join
Not a fit

Beam Is Not For

Agencies looking for the cheapest option, we prioritize quality and fit
Teams without defined systems or SOPs in place
One-off projects or short-term gigs
Anyone expecting a freelancer marketplace with no support
Agencies not ready to invest in proper onboarding
Agencies hiring for client-facing roles, Beam operators work with your team, not your clients

The Beam Placement System

5 steps to your operator

From scoping to embedded operator, with guardrails at every stage. No paperwork shuffles, no scope creep, no freelancer guesswork.

Days

To meet your matched operator

3+ yrs

Median placement length

1

Role Definition

Role Scoping

We define what the operator owns, what they don't, and what success looks like at 90 days, before we ever name a candidate. Most clients complete the scoping worksheet in 30 minutes.

2

Talent Matching

Operator Matching

You meet your matched operator in days, not the weeks a hire or agency search takes. No résumé piles, no Upwork roulette.

3

Pre-Placement Training

Training Alignment

Your operator is briefed on your tools, your team, and your standards before day one. They show up ready to contribute, not ready to be taught how your agency works.

4

Seamless Integration

Embedded Onboarding

Operator joins your Slack, your standups, your PM tools. We stay involved through the first 30 days to course-correct fast if anything feels off.

5

Continuous Oversight

Ongoing Performance Guardrails

Quarterly check-ins, performance flags, replacement if needed. You're not on your own once the operator is in seat.

We ask for 90 days to start, because real onboarding takes time. After that, continue as long as the operator is delivering value, 30 days' notice, no penalties.

AI-Native Operations

Every Beam operator is trained on AI before placement.

AI fluency isn't a checkbox on a profile, it's a required module in Beam's certification program. Every operator we place has completed structured training on the AI tools agencies actually use, and continues with ongoing workshops throughout their placement.

FAQ

Common questions

Everything you need to know about working with Beam.

Freelancers work for themselves and juggle multiple clients at once. Beam operators work for you, embedded in your team, on your schedule, using your tools, reporting to your manager. Every operator is recruited, screened, and trained by Beam before they ever start with a client, so you get someone who's ready to work from day one instead of someone you have to onboard from scratch. If a freelancer disappears mid-project, that's your problem. If a Beam operator isn't working out, that's our problem, we replace them, and you keep moving.

Beam places operators with two kinds of teams: U.S.-based marketing and creative agencies, and internal marketing departments at growing companies that need embedded support without adding headcount. The common thread isn't industry, it's structure. Beam works best when there's an existing team with established workflows, and you need someone to plug in and execute rather than someone to set strategy from scratch.

We replace them — at no placement fee. If an operator isn't working out, let us know in writing and we'll present a matched replacement within 15 business days, often sooner. You're not charged your monthly fee for any gap between operators; we prorate and credit it. Replacements are free in every normal case. The only exception: if you ask to replace the operator in the same role more than twice within a 90-day window, each swap beyond the second carries a one-time $500 re-onboarding fee, which covers bringing the new operator up to speed on your systems, tools, and team. Any replacement that happens on our side — an operator resigns, becomes unavailable, or we remove them for performance — never counts toward that and is always free. And if we can't present a replacement that fits within 45 days, you're free to end the engagement with no further obligation. You're committed to the engagement, not to a specific person.

Beam operators are Argentine professionals, agency-trained, English-fluent, AI-certified, and working on U.S. business hours. Argentina sits in the same timezone as the U.S. East Coast for most of the year (one hour ahead of EST in summer, same as EST in winter), so your operator is online when you are. No overnight handoffs, no waiting until tomorrow for a response. Operators report directly into your team, you set the priorities, the meetings, the communication channels. Beam handles the contractor relationship, training, payments, and replacement if needed, so you get the benefits of an embedded team member without the overhead of running an international contractor relationship.

Every Beam operator is trained on the agency-standard stack: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and the core AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and more). Beyond that, tool fluency depends on the role, paid media operators know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at a deeper level; project coordinators know ClickUp and Asana cold; reporting operators know Looker Studio, GA4, and HL reporting. If your team runs on a specific tool we haven't listed, ask in your Discovery call. We'll tell you straight whether we have an operator with that experience or whether we'd need to source for it.

Yes, a 90-day initial term. During those first 90 days, Beam guarantees the placement: if the operator isn't working out, we replace them at no charge. After 90 days, the engagement continues month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. There's no long-term contract and no annual lock-in. The 90-day term exists because hiring an operator only to cut them at week 6 doesn't give the relationship a fair shot, but past 90 days, you stay because it's working, not because you have to.

Beam places operators across three Placement Fee tiers. Your tier is set by the role and how much scope and autonomy it carries; the exact fee within that tier reflects the operator's experience and the complexity of the engagement. • Support tier ($1,500–$2,500/mo) — lighter-scope, supporting roles and less complex work • Standard tier ($2,500–$3,500/mo) — mid-to-senior roles; where most placements land • Senior tier ($3,500–$4,500/mo) — senior specialists in advanced disciplines, including advanced AI certifications Every monthly invoice also includes a flat $72 Market Operations Fee — the same at every tier. It covers the operational backbone behind your operator: our platform and tools, time tracking, compliance, and the admin of paying and supporting the operator so you never have to. It's the only charge on top of your placement fee. Payment is straightforward: ACH transfer or automatic card charge is free. If you prefer to pay a card invoice manually, a standard card-processing surcharge of about 3% applies, at our actual cost and shown on every invoice. If your role doesn't cleanly fit one of these tiers, we'll tell you in Discovery rather than force-fitting you into the wrong bucket.
